The Green Bay Packers are on the rise, and many feel they could have a chance of getting to the Super Bowl this season.
While some may need to tap the brakes a bit on their Packers optimism, the team seems to have a legitimate young franchise quarterback in Jordan Love.
It also has four young, emerging wide receivers in Romeo Doubs, Jayden Reed, Christian Watson and Dontayvion Wicks who all seem to be battling for the right to become Green Bay’s top option in the passing game.
ESPN insider Dan Graziano said he feels the winner of that battle will ultimately be Doubs, who reportedly has done very well in training camp.
“Multiple people at Packers camp told me Doubs is the guy who has had the most consistently good showing so far and has separated himself as Love’s go-to guy in any situation,” Graziano said, via 32BeatWriters.
“If there’s a Packers receiver you want in fantasy, I think it’s Doubs. Multiple people at Packers camp told me Doubs is the guy who has had the most consistently good showing so far and has separated himself as Love’s go-to guy in any situation.”

Doubs, who was a fourth-round draft pick out of the University of Nevada, is entering his third NFL season.
Last year, he made 59 catches for 674 receiving yards, which ranked second on the team behind Reed, and he was tied with the rookie for the team lead with eight receiving touchdowns.
When Green Bay thumped the Dallas Cowboys in last season’s wild-card round of the playoffs, it was Doubs who led the way with six catches, 151 receiving yards and one touchdown.
Perhaps it isn’t time to pencil in Green Bay as the soon-to-be winners of the NFC North, at least not yet, but if all goes well, the Packers should be the type of team no one wants to face in the playoffs.
This past January, they led the San Francisco 49ers in the divisional round for much of the third and fourth quarters until Christian McCaffrey scored the game-winning touchdown with just over a minute left.
