The Phoenix Suns will be watching the 2024 Olympics in Paris just like the rest of the NBA as they’ve got a pair of stars in Kevin Durant and Devin Booker on Team USA.

Team USA was able to sweep their five-game exhibition slate, though it wasn’t as easy as expected as they had competitive games against South Sudan and Germany to close the slate.

Booker got the start in a few games, though Durant didn’t make it to the floor as he nursed a calf injury that he was diagnosed with during Team USA training camp.

However, national team head coach Steve Kerr said that Durant should be available for the program’s first Olympics pool play game against Serbia.

While Durant has yet to see the floor with his teammates, he’s expected to play a large role for the Americans because of his previous international experience and outside shooting.

During an interview, Durant revealed who his favorite artist is to listen to before games via FIBA’s official Twitter account.

“Drake,” Durant said.

Drake has caught a lot of flak these past few months after his feud with fellow artist Kendrick Lamar, but still remains largely popular.

Durant wasn’t the only player to list Drake as one of their favorite pre-game artists as Jayson Tatum and Booker also picked the Toronto rapper.

With a bevy of hits in his catalogue, Drake has a lot of music that players can warm up to though the most important thing is Durant and the rest of Team USA don’t take for granted the teams they’re about to face.
