Steph Curry and LeBron James will be teammates this summer when both are fighting hard on Team USA in hopes of winning a gold medal at the Olympics.
This will be the realization of a big dream for many NBA fans.
For years now, Curry and James have been major opponents and have battled it out on the court numerous times.
Speaking to NBC Sports, Curry admitted that he had a “health resentment” with James.
“It was like a healthy resentment of somebody that’s standing in your way,” Curry said, before adding, “But through it all, like there’s obviously the utmost respect for who he is as a person and a player and like how good he is and the challenge of trying to beat him and trying to solve that problem every year.”

They are teammates now but they had a huge rivalry for many years.
Curry and James fought against each other in four consecutive NBA Finals from 2015 to 2018.
But things changed after that when James signed with the Los Angeles Lakers before the 2018-19 season.
That meant that James and Curry would not be Finals opponents again but their two teams have fought hard in the Western Conference many times since.
Throughout it all, these two players have remained close friends off the court.
They are obviously very fond of each other and share the unique experience of being considered NBA icons.
Even though they are buddies, Curry and James always want to outplay each other.
Now for the first time, they get to compete on the same team and everyone is excited to see what they can do together.
