The Kansas City Chiefs are fresh off a second consecutive Super Bowl victory and third in five years, and they are starting to be mentioned as a dynasty, a term that would be tough to deny if they are able to complete the three-peat this season.
Looking forward is always important, but you can’t forget about what has already been accomplished, and one Chiefs lineman always makes sure to remember last season’s championship in a unique way.
Chiefs offensive lineman Trey Smith appeared on Up & Adams and revealed that he keeps his Super Bowl ring in his backpack in case anybody asks to see it, and he let Adams try it on and show it off to her viewers.

Smith is the team’s starting right guard and now has two rings to his name, which isn’t bad for his first three years in the league.
You don’t often see players carry their rings around at all, as most will keep them at home or in a safety deposit box, but when you win Super Bowls as often as Trey Smith does, apparently you can be a little more lenient since he already has a backup ring.
Smith will be back in his usual spot this upcoming season at right guard, and the Chiefs will benefit from once again having some nice continuity on the offensive line so Patrick Mahomes can be protected as he attempts to complete the three-peat.
Smith has done such a good job protecting Mahomes, we can only hope he is doing as good of a job protecting his rings.
