Analyst Believes Davante Adams Should Reunite With Aaron Rodgers

With the Las Vegas Raiders’ quarterback situation in a state of uncertainty and Netflix’s new show Receiver throwing some more fuel on the fire, star wide receiver Davante Adams’ status with the Raiders is starting to get a little murky and many fans are wondering if his days in the Sin City are numbered.

One analyst who probably knows him and New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers better than most recently made a bold claim that would help both of their situations.

Former Green Bay Packers wide receiver and current analyst James Jones said on Speak “I wouldn’t be surprised at one point if we see this duo together again.” and believes that Adams should want to reunite with Rodgers.

Rodgers stoked the flame by recently saying that he can’t wait to play with Adams again, and after nearly two decades in the league, the 4-time MVP knows what he’s doing and knew by throwing that out there that it would have a snowball effect in the media and possibly plant a seed that could bring Adams to New York at some point.

In two seasons in Vegas, Adams has been as good as ever despite not catching passes from Rodgers anymore.

He has played in all 34 games and caught over 100 passes both years with 22 combined touchdowns, but Adams is now 31 and looking at a season with Gardner Minshew as his new QB.

It would make sense if he wanted out, as the Raiders are not ready to contend.
