Cory Hardrict is focusing on being a father.
Over a year after the actor and Tia Mowry—who share kids Cree, 12, and Cairo, 6, together—finalized their divorce, he shared insight into how he has adjusted to the changes in his life.
“Everything is fantastic,” Cory told E! News’ Francesca Amiker on the red carpet at the 2024 BET Awards June 30. “I block out the noise. That’s all it is. We know what’s real. The noise is the noise. I don’t have to entertain it.”
And while Cory—who wore an all-white double-breasted suit, sunglasses, along with some gold necklaces and a rose brooch for the ceremony—didn’t elaborate too much where he currently stands with his ex-wife, he did nod to their peaceful co parenting dynamic. “We have two amazing children,” the 44-year-old, who had Cree by his side during the star-studded outing, continued. “We’re all walking with love. Just have to take care of these babies and I have to do God’s mission. That’s it.”
