And potentially his younger brother or sister.
The couple were barely home from the hospital when Thomas asked if he could steal his bride for a sec.
“Thomas wanted another baby the second we brought Benny home,” admitted the Minnesota native. “And I was like, ‘First of all, buddy, let me heal.’ And, also, I just wanted to enjoy Benny and see these different phases that he’s going through right now.”
As someone with a sister who’s two-and-a-half years older, “I also didn’t want kids in the same grade,” the 34-year-old added. “I want them to kind of be scattered. They’ll have sports at different times and go through life changes at different times. So we’re thinking maybe two or three years, but no hard and set plans yet.”
Because there are absolutely times when she feels a touch of the baby fever.
“Everyone warns you when you’re pregnant and when you have this newborn, they say, time flies,” she acknowledged. “And Thomas and I wake up every morning and we’re like, ‘How do we have a 9-month-old baby? How are we parents to this little, tiny human that will soon be walking?’ It blows my mind.”
