This house, among the first to be built on its street, is a few blocks from Lake Avenue, one of the area’s main thoroughfares. It is less than a 10-minute walk from a coffee shop, a hardware store and a Thai restaurant, and within a 15-minute walk of a public library and an Aldi supermarket. Charles S. Farnsworth Park, which has an amphitheater and a playground, is about a five-minute drive.

Pasadena is less than 15 minutes away by car. Driving to Dodger Stadium or downtown Los Angeles takes about half an hour.
