The Philadelphia Eagles have plenty of reason to believe that they are poised to rebound in a big way after collapsing late last season.
A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith, who make up their outstanding wide receiver tandem, both got new contracts this offseason, and they will be joined by star running back Saquon Barkley, who should take plenty of pressure off of them.
Brown has apparently been training hard this offseason, and he looked absolutely ripped in a recent selfie he took, per Philly Sports Trips.

Brown had an outstanding 2023 campaign with 1,456 receiving yards and seven touchdowns, which earned him his third Pro Bowl selection in just five NFL seasons.
Even though Philly made the effort to add Barkley to an offense that was already saturated with talent, offense wasn’t exactly their problem last season — it was defense.
They finished 30th in points allowed and 26th in total yards given up, just one year after ranking eighth and second, respectively, in those categories.
It resulted in them losing five of their last six regular-season games and getting trounced in the the playoffs by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after starting the year 10-1.
The warning signs were there even when the Eagles were reeling off win after win, and they ended up relieving then-defensive coordinator Sean Desai of play-calling duties and assigning that task to senior defensive assistant Matt Patricia.
The hope is that new defensive coordinator Vic Fangio will get the Eagles’ defense to fly high as it did in 2022, especially since their offense is expected to soar even higher than it did last season.
