The Miami Dolphins have the most explosive offense in the NFL right now, and Tyreek Hill has had plenty to do with that.
He’s arguably the best wide receiver in the game, and he’s put up video game-like numbers since he arrived in South Beach.
Hill proved the doubters wrong and showed that, unlike what some people said, he wasn’t a byproduct of Patrick Mahomes’ greatness or only had impressive stats because he played with the best quarterback in the league.
However, as good as he’s been in Miami, his performance in their postseason loss to the Kansas City Chiefs left something to be desired.
That’s why, as he recently revealed in the Million Dollars Worth of Game podcast, HC Mike McDaniel didn’t hesitate to call him out right in front of everybody in the Dolphins’ locker room (via FinsXtra).

Hill said that McDaniel ripped him for not doing his part and allowing the Chiefs’ DBs to impose their physicality on him.
He also claimed that he actually embraced that kind of criticism, as he needs to be held accountable because he’s going to get better from that, adding that he also leads by example and the rest of his team will also step up when they realize that no one is safe from criticism.
Hill had five receptions for 62 yards and a touchdown in the loss, putting a disappointing end to an impressive campaign in which he led the league in receiving yards and scores with 119 catches for 1,799 yards and 13 touchdowns.
