The Los Angeles Chargers are going to look very different next season.
Jim Harbaugh’s arrival was promising, and his coaching staff also comes with plenty of success at the collegiate level.
Nonetheless, they lost Keenan Allen and Austin Ekeler, and as good a player as Justin Herbert is, he still needs some pass-catchers.
With that in mind, the Chargers are going to meet with one of the best in this class.
According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, they’ll host Georgia star TE Brock Bowers for a visit Wednesday.
Georgia TE Brock Bowers is visiting today with the Los Angeles Chargers. Bowers also has visited this week with the Bears and Jets.

Bowers, who already visited the New York Jets, is also reportedly on the Chicago Bears’ radar.
A three-year starter at Georgia, Bowers has been considered one of the best pass-catching tight-end prospects this game has ever seen.
He looked physically ready to be an NFL player last season, but had to get back to college for an additional year.
The Chargers are going to be on the clock with the No. 5 pick, and while Bowers could end up being a Hall of Famer, some think it could be a bit of a reach to get him that high.
Instead, they might be tempted to get either Marvin Harrison Jr. or Malik Nabers, the two best wide receivers in this class, or even Joe Alt, a potential generational offensive lineman.
Whatever the case, the Chargers will most likely use that selection to revamp their offense.
