The Baltimore Ravens got a gem when they took Zay Flowers in the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft.
The Ravens signaled a shift in offensive philosophy when they took Flowers, opting to give Lamar Jackson more weapons in the passing game that can stretch the field.
Known for his route running and speed, Flowers made an impact from day 1 as he was named a starter and had several highlight-reel moments on the field.
Flowers helped lead Baltimore to the AFC Championship game after recording 77 receptions for 858 yards and five touchdowns during the 2023 NFL season.
Now in the offseason, Flowers will be counted on to build on his solid first year and help get the Ravens back to the postseason.
Helping Flowers in his development are Miami Dolphins speedsters Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle who recently worked out with him via Kevin Oestreicher of Locked on Ravens.

The trio can be seen going through various speed and quickness drills, displaying their lightning-quick reflexes on the field.
Hill is considered to be the fastest receiver in the league and he showed it in the clip, though Waddle and Flowers more than hold their own.
Flowers can definitely learn a few things working out with Hill and Waddle who make up one of the most devastating duos in the league.
The former Boston College standout will likely be leaned on more heavily in the passing game next year, and it’ll be exciting to see what kind of leap he makes in year two.
