The Phoenix Suns have battled to remain competitive this season.
Despite having the Big 3 of Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and Bradley Beal, the Suns have failed to separate themselves from the rest of the teams in the Western Conference.
The Suns recently faced off against the behemoth Boston Celtics.
Sure, the Suns were the underdogs against the Celtics, but they gave a good fight against the number one seed in the Eastern Conference.
After the final buzzer, the Suns suffered only a 10-point defeat as the final score stood at 117-107 in favor of the Celtics.
Following the loss, Suns head coach Frank Vogel shared his views on it, via Duane Rankin.
“Got to have better urgency against the team with the best record in the NBA,” Vogel said.
“I thought we battled. I was proud of how hard we fought. I didn’t like how many loose balls we weren’t getting in beginning of the game and how we rebounded. Got to have better urgency against the team with the best record in the NBA .”

The Celtics have well and truly established themselves as the best team in the NBA this season, with a league-best 49-14 record.
Evidently, failure to take advantage of any mistake against the Celtics has proven to be expensive for any team in the NBA this season.
Vogel mentioned that he felt proud about how his team battled against the Celtics, but there were still a few aspects of the game that could have been better.
Most notably, Vogel was unimpressed with the Suns’ rebounding throughout the game.
The Celtics had 13 offensive rebounds as compared to the Suns’ 10 at the end of the game.
At the end of the day, Vogel urged his team to show better urgency, especially when playing against the best team in the NBA.
Following the loss, the Suns have slipped to the seventh seed in the Western Conference with a 37-27 record.
