The supplements contain 500 mg of magnesium oxide, which is about 119% of the daily recommended value. They also contain vegetable cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, citric acid, medium chain triglycerides, polydextrose and vegetable magnesium stearate.
