The Vancouver Canucks have recalled Jett Woo from AHL Abbotsford, the team announced Wednesday.
Woo, 23, has five goals and 16 points in 42 games with Abbotsford this season. Selected 37th overall in 2018, Woo has been developing in the AHL for the past four seasons.
Defenceman Carson Soucy has also been moved to the long-term injured list, after suffering a hand injury on Jan. 21 against the Toronto Maple Leafs. Head coach Rick Tocchet announced shortly thereafter that Soucy would miss five-to-six weeks.
Forward Dakota Joshua was also placed on retroactive IR, sidelined for the past week after suffering an upper-body injury against the Chicago Blackhawks on Feb. 14.
Joshua has 13 goals and 13 assists in 53 games this season as a member of the highly-productive Canucks third line.
