2020: the year that joggers became the new jeans. Every year since: Same. I am not ashamed to admit that more days than not, I have joggers on for some portion of the day. Whether it’s first thing in the morning for my daily walk with the dogs, middle of the afternoon after I ate way too much for lunch, or come 6 pm when you KNOW there is no way I’m still going to be in a pair of bottoms that have a zipper and button if I don’t have to be. I’ve absolutely invested my fair share of dollars into joggers, and while the list would be plentiful of all of the ones I’ve tried, I’m assuming you only want to know the best of the best, the ones worth slipping your legs into [side note: does anybody ever actually jog in joggers?] and the ones that I’d tell my best girlfriend to spend her money on!
Well best friend, here you go — my top 3 pairs of joggers!
Vuori Performance Jogger [true to size, wearing in small]
I bought my first pair of these Vuori Performance joggers after being served a Facebook ad in 2020 and I’ve proceeded to buy approximately 4 more pairs since [not because they have worn out, but because the different color options suck me in faster than the newest season of Love is Blind]. The fabric is straight from a unicorn, they are a perfect weight [not too lightweight, not too heavy], and they have stayed looking brand new wash after wash! If I’m headed on a plane, there is a high probability these are on my legs!

Say hello to my 6 pm joggers – these things are a Godsend, truly. I lounge in them most nights, sleep in them, wake up, and delay getting dressed in adult clothes for as long as possible. The fabric has to be Athleta’s softest fabric [in fact, I believe this is a claim they make!] and gosh, they are wonderful. While I probably won’t be hittin’ the town in these, I will be hitting my couch nightly and well, last time I checked the couch > the town.

Last but certainly not least, this jogger’s blog post wouldn’t be complete without highlighting these Amazon joggers that fool me every time I put them on. It never fails – at some point in the day I find myself peeing and I happen to get a glance of the tag. It is then that shock sets in that I’m wearing Amazon joggers and not Athleta or some other high-quality brand. For the price [under $40], these are a must and look great out and about! Note: these are more of an athletic fabric!
