For the second year in a row, the Buffalo Bills might be in a tough spot because of a disgruntled wide receiver.

Just last season, Stefon Diggs made the rounds for his discontent with the organization, and some thought he was on his way out.

Now, it seems like Gabe Davis is ready to walk away.

The talented WR took to Instagram to post an eight-minute farewell to Bills Mafia, followed by several stats that showcase just how impactful he’s been since he’s been on the team.

Clearly, Davis isn’t satisfied with the lack of targets and recognition, and judging by those stats, he might have a very valid point.

However, perhaps that wasn’t the best way to handle the situation.

Social media has given NFL players a huge platform to voice their discontent and gain some leverage in contract situations, but some of them also come out as toxic or troublemaking, and it could take a toll on their image.

The Bills are going to be in a tough spot, salary cap-wise.

Josh Allen’s cap hit is going to be significantly bigger next season, and they’re going to have to sort things out to make sure to keep some talent around him.

Davis has been a very serviceable player and could fetch a big deal in free agency, and he’s definitely earned it.

Now, the Bills will have to leave no stone unturned to find a suitable replacement.
