The Miami Dolphins had a disappointing 2023 season, as they posted an 11-6 record in the regular season and got trounced, 26-7, in the Wild Card round of the playoffs by the Kansas City Chiefs.

Many pundits claimed they weren’t nearly as good as they seemed, as they had lots of trouble defeating teams that had a winning record.

However, one man who did have a banner year for them was wide receiver Tyreek Hill, who earned his eighth Pro Bowl nod in as many seasons.

In fact, per Sunday Night Football on NBC, he has more Pro Bowl selections than any other active player in the AFC.

Ever since the Dolphins acquired Hill from the Kansas City Chiefs prior to last season, he has taken his already impressive game to even greater heights.

He had 1,710 yards last season, and for much of this season, it looked like he was on pace to break Calvin Johnson’s single-season receiving yards record and perhaps even break the mythical 2,000-yard barrier.

An ankle injury late in the year derailed those plans, but he still finished the regular season with an outstanding 1,799 yards and 13 receiving touchdowns, both of which led the NFL.

Thanks largely to him, Miami finished the year No. 1 in the league in passing yards.

At age 29 (he will turn 30 in just over a month), Hill appears to have a ton left in his tank, and if the Dolphins address their deficiencies, especially on defense, perhaps he will add another Super Bowl ring to his resume.
