Even though they battle against each other every day, most people don’t seem to realize that the NBA is a brotherhood, sort of like a fraternity.
Most of these guys have known each other since they were children.
They grew up playing against each other in AAU tournaments, and some are even represented by the same agents.
Nonetheless, there are also some guys who legitimately dislike each other; it happens.
That was the case with Draymond Green and Chris Paul, a duo that has now buried the hatchet to team up with the Golden State Warriors.
In a recent podcast appearance, Green even told Paul to his face that he once admitted that he was his least favorite person in the league without a single ounce of doubt (via Bleacher Report and The Volume).
“I hate Chris Paul. Easily, 100% my least favorite person in the NBA,” Green admitted before he teamed up with Paul this season.

Paul laughed it off and reminded him that he actually said that a couple of times.
He also talked about being the president of the players’ association for eight years, laughing about several players who have talked smack about him.
Truth be told, both Paul and Green have a reputation that precedes them, so perhaps they disliked each other because they were so similar.
At the end of the day, it’s nice to see them being mature and professional enough to put their differences aside to pursue a common goal, as the fans were quite worried about that locker room as soon as the CP3 news broke.
