Jontay Porter is a big winner after the Toronto Raptors trade with the Indiana Pacers.
New Raptors shooting guard Bruce Brown bought Porter’s No. 11 for $10,000, Sportsnet’s Savanna Hamilton reported during Thursday’s game against the Chicago Bulls.
Porter switched to No. 34, which he was wearing when he started in Thursday’s game.
Brown and Porter’s older brother Michael won an NBA championship together last season with the Nuggets.
The Raptors acquired Brown, forward Jordan Nwora and guard Kira Lewis Jr., as well as three first-round picks, in a three-team trade that sent Pascal Siakam to the Pacers on Wednesday.
Brown, Nwora and Lewis all arrived in Toronto on Thursday and are available to play against the Bulls. Brown entered the game with three minutes to play in the first quarter.
