The Dallas Cowboys came into Sunday’s playoff game at AT&T Stadium against the seventh-seeded Green Bay Packers with high hopes of making easy work of Jordan Love and company and advancing to the second round of the postseason.
As the second seed in the NFC, only the top-seeded San Francisco 49ers were considered to be the better team in the conference heading into the NFL playoffs.
On Sunday, that distinction as the second-best team in the NFC disappeared quickly, with the underdog Packers crushing the Cowboys to start the game, with Green Bay scoring 27 points before Dallas even got on the board in the first half.
With the Cowboys falling apart in classic fashion in the playoffs, Skip Bayless of FOX Sports couldn’t help but take to Twitter and bash the team he loves, calling this performance the “most humiliating” playoff loss in Cowboys history.
THIS HAS BECOME THE MOST HUMILIATING PLAYOFF LOSS IN DALLAS COWBOYS HISTORY. WE WERE 7.5-POINT FAVORITES, WITH THE 2 SEED AND THE NO. 1 OFFENSE AND A DEFENSE THAT LED THE LEAGUE IN PRESSURES.

Bayless was far from alone in his criticism of the Cowboys on Sunday, with plenty of media members and football fans torching Dallas on several social media outlets.
The Cowboys were not only expected to beat the Packers with relative ease on Sunday on their home field in Texas but they were expected to crush them and make a statement before advancing and proving they are truly one of the best teams in the league.
However, that wasn’t the case as Green Bay continued to pour it on, and as of the writing of this article, Love and company have put up 48 points against Mike McCarthy’s squad.
