The Cincinnati Bengals have one of the best offenses in the league, at least on paper.
With Joe Burrow, Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, Tyler Boyd, and Joe Mixon leading the way, plus a revamped offensive line, one would hope to see them ranking near the top in almost every single offensive category.
That wasn’t necessarily the case during this complicated season, but that didn’t prevent OC Brian Callahan from making a great impression around the league.
Plenty of teams will be in the hunt for a new boss, and Callahan has become a hot name around the league.
According to NFL insider Tom Pelissero, the Atlanta Falcons have now joined the race to acquire his services, and he also has interviews with the Tennessee Titans, Carolina Panthers, and Los Angeles Chargers.
The #Falcons put in a request to interview #Bengals OC Brian Callahan for their head coaching job, per source.
That’s four for Callahan, who also has requests from Tennessee, Carolina and the #Chargers.

Callahan has been the Bengals’ OC for the past five years, and he was pretty close to becoming the Indianapolis Colts’ HC last season before they went with Shane Steichen.
His journey in the league started with the Denver Broncos as an assistant coach.
He’s also the son of Cleveland Browns’ OL coach Bill Callahan, so he comes with plenty of NFL pedigree, and it wouldn’t be shocking to see him get his first HC job after his quick rise in the league.
