After winning 13 games in two of the last three seasons, the Buffalo Bills have had a frustrating 2023 campaign.

Their play has been sporadic and inconsistent throughout, and despite winning their last two games, they hold an 8-6 record and are in ninth place in the AFC.

If the regular season ended today, they would end up watching the entire postseason at home on television.

However, Colin Cowherd boldly said that he is picking the Bills to reach the Super Bowl, per The Volume, even though they have virtually no chance of winning their division.

Jason McIntyre pushed back, saying they’re not a lock to make the playoffs and that he’s not sure if quarterback Josh Allen can play well enough over the next six weeks to make Cowherd’s prediction a reality.

While Allen has thrown for 3,541 yards and 26 touchdowns while completing 66.3 percent of his pass attempts, he has also thrown 14 interceptions, which is second in the NFL and just one interception behind Sam Howell of the Washington Commanders.

In addition, Buffalo’s defense has been ailing, with linebacker Matt Milano and others suffering key injuries this season.

On the other hand, Allen has scored 11 touchdowns on the ground, while star wide receiver Stefon Diggs has put up 1,041 yards and eight touchdowns this year.

The Bills perhaps proved a little something last weekend by trouncing the Dallas Cowboys by 21 points, and after playing the Los Angeles Chargers and New England Patriots in their next two games, they will face the Miami Dolphins in Week 18.

That game versus Miami will be an opportunity for Buffalo to prove they have at least a puncher’s chance of getting to the big game in February.
