After an impressive win over the division-rival New York Jets in Week 15, the Miami Dolphins have cracked double-digit wins and are looking like one of the best offenses in the league, with the start of the NFL playoffs right around the corner.

Although superstar wide receiver Tyreek Hill has gotten the bulk of the attention during the team’s success this season, star quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has played well once again this season and remains in the NFL MVP conversation with his teammate.

Tagovailoa has been able to stay healthy this season, as he’s played 14 games so far, which is one more than any season he’s played in over the last three years while leading the team to a record of 10-4 and a first-place standing in the AFC East division.

Former NFL MVP turned analyst Rich Gannon recently gave Tagovailoa a lot of praise for how well he’s played during the 2023 campaign thus far, claiming the Dolphins rising star is having an “outstanding” season, via SiriusXM NFL Radio.

Gannon praised Tagovailoa’s ability to get the ball out quickly and his anticipation while under center for the Dolphins, with an emphasis on head coach Mike McDaniel’s job of building up the confidence of his starting quarterback.

Unfortunately for Tagovailoa, he’ll likely finish behind some of the other candidates for NFL MVP, like Brock Purdy of the San Francisco 49ers and Baltimore Ravens superstar Lamar Jackson, but he’s played incredibly well while giving this team a chance to be a Super Bowl title contender this season.
