The Kansas City Chiefs still seem to be upset about their Week 14 loss to the Buffalo Bills.
The Chiefs and Bills always have dramatic finishes it seems, and last week was no different as the former had a chance to win in the fourth quarter.
For a moment, it looked like Kansas City pulled off an incredible touchdown drive as Patrick Mahomes found Travis Kelce downfield who then flipped it to Kadarius Toney for a score.
However, officials ruled that before the ball was snapped, Toney was offsides and the play was called back.
Mahomes was livid with the call on the field and continued to express his frustrations even when the game was over.
The star quarterback drew some criticism for his reaction, but Robert Griffin III came to his defense via his personal Twitter account.
“Patrick Mahomes did not embarrass himself for going off on the officials. If it was showing passion when Tom Brady did it, than it’s passion for Mahomes as well. I have always respected Patrick Mahomes, but that respect has grown even more with how he has handled this year,” Griffin tweeted.

Mahomes may have a pretty laidback personality, but there’s no doubt that he’s a fierce competitor who loves to win.
Griffin makes an excellent point about Tom Brady’s passion on the field, and Mahomes should be granted that same benefit.
While the loss stings, Mahomes and the Chiefs have no choice but to pick themselves up and better in Week 15 against the New England Patriots.
Kansas City should be deeply motivated to win that game and get themselves back on track for the stretch run.
