The Phoenix Suns were extremely close to seeing their Big 3 of Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and Bradley Beal play their first game in the 2023-24 NBA season.
However, due to Durant’s ankle injury, the much-anticipated debut was further postponed.
But on a positive note, the fanbase finally got to witness Bradley Beal playing for the Phoenix Suns for the first time since November.
Beal was sidelined for a month due to a back injury, and after the game, the 3x NBA All-Star offered an update on his injury via Duane Rankin on Twitter.
“Back is good,” Beal said.

Beal didn’t give an elaborate answer about the condition of his back but simply revealed that his back is good.
In the much-anticipated battle against the Warriors, Beal dropped 16 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 assists for the Suns.
However, the 3x NBA All-Star was undoubtedly rusty as he shot 5-12 from the field and 1-3 from the three-point line.
Despite Beal’s average performance, the Suns ended up registering a 119-116 win over the Warriors.
Following the win, the Suns have improved their record to 13-10, as they are now the eighth seed in the Western Conference.
With Beal looking to find his touch, the Suns will hope for their star to get back into form as soon as possible.
For the season, Beal is averaging 17.0 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game for the Phoenix Suns.
But considering that Beal has played just four games in the 2023-24 season, it’s still too early to make a statement about his move to the Phoenix Suns.
