The Los Angeles Dodgers continue to be the most active team in free agency.
After the record-breaking signing of Shohei Ohtani, they are far from done.
The Dodgers are looking to improve their team in all phases.
Their most recent signing was to help their bullpen.
According to Fabian Ardaya, the Dodgers have announced the signing of reliever Joe Kelly.

Kelly played 11 games with the Dodgers at the end of the last regular season.
He pitched to an ERA of 1.74 and was a solid contributor in their bullpen.
This may not be seen as a splash move, but not every player can be a superstar.
Kelly is not a closer, but he can be used in high-leverage situations.
Adding him back to the bullpen should be a positive.
The Dodgers need to build a roster of solid contributors around their best players and they are doing just that.
Once again, the Dodgers will be on the shortlist of World Series contenders next year.
They have a roster full of superstars and have no excuses to not make a deep playoff run.
Each of the last two years they have been knocked out in the NLDS.
If that happens again, you can bet manager Dave Roberts may be in danger of losing his job.
What we have seen in the last few years is that the best roster does not always win.
The Texas Rangers just won the World Series despite making the playoffs as a Wild Card team.
