Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) made good on a promise to release video footage of the January 6 attack on the Capitol, but he blurred the faces of the rioters.

Said Johnson: “We have to blur some faces of persons who participated in the events of that day, because we don’t want them to be retaliated against and to be charged by the DOJ.”
