The 2023 NFL Season has been a roller coaster for the Las Vegas Raiders.
They started the year slowly, which caused the organization to fire Josh McDaniels from his post as head coach.
After this slow start, things have started to turn around for this team, as they have won two of their last four games.
Antonio Pierce seems to be a better leader for this team, hoping to be the coach they have been missing.
Despite things turning around recently, there seems to be trouble in this newfound paradise.
Vic Tafur has recently pointed out that, due to lackluster effort as of late, Marcus Peters could be released from this team soon.

As Tafur mentioned in his article, Peters was benched before halftime of the Raiders’ loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.
He showed that he was disinterested in playing to the best of his abilities, giving his coaches no choice but to show him the bench.
Peters was added to this roster in July in hopes of adding a veteran to this team.
He was slated to help the younger players within the organization, getting them off to the right foot in their young careers.
Less than a year after being added to the team, Peters is slated to get cut.
This was a largely failed experiment for the Raiders, who were just trying to get themselves back on track.
It will be back to the drawing board at the cornerback position, especially as they think about their roster for 2024 and beyond.
