Israel has received a list of the hostages to be released by Hamas on Saturday, the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office said, ahead of planned exchanges of more Israeli captives in Gaza for Palestinian prisoners in Israel on the second day of a four-day pause in fighting. The Israel Prison Service said Saturday that they are preparing 42 Palestinian prisoners for release; under the agreement for the pause, Hamas is expected to release one Israeli hostage for every three Palestinian prisoners. The Palestine Red Crescent Society said it received almost 200 trucks of aid on Friday after the pause began.
