How To: Delivery Driver Snack Station

Disclosure: Thank you to Walmart and Collective Voice for sponsoring today’s post.

I don’t know about your household, but I am convinced that UPS and FedEx come down our driveway more than we do. I blame LIY 😉 After having our delivery drivers make our day, day in and day out, it’s time to do something nice for them. For the past several years we have been setting out a fun snack and drink station for our delivery drivers, so I thought it would be fun to share what we do, give you ideas on what to fill your carts [and coolers] with, and provide you with a free printable that you can use for your own carts!

To keep things simple, I gathered everything I would need from the easiest one-stop shop, Walmart. When it comes to having all of the best snacks, organization systems, decor, and more – they have it all! I love that I could simply order everything online and pick it up via their curbside service within a few hours. Additionally, you can’t beat their prices [especially during their massive Black Friday deals]! Everything you’ll need to make your delivery driver’s dreams come true awaits you below…

First up, you’ll need something to house all of your goodies in. I went with this 3-Tier Rolling Cart which is only $35 and can be used after the holiday season for your own organizational needs! Another must when it comes to arranging your cart: these Mainstays Set of 5 Flexible Drawer Storage Organizers. They fit inside the cart perfectly and allow you to keep things organized and looking nice! Again, once the holiday season is over move them inside into your own drawers to keep things neat and tidy!

Now let’s talk about what to put in the cart [aka the good stuff]. Here’s what I filled ours with! I love to do a mix of snacks and practical items that we know will come in handy as they spend hours upon hours on the road and in the elements!

Holiday Time 3.5-Foot Prelit Norfolk Potted Porch Artificial Christmas Tree, with 50 Clear Incandescent Lights

Here are a list of snacks I filled our cart with this year:

Chomps Beef Jerky Sticks

Frito-Lay Mix Fun Times Mix Multipack

Jif To Go Creamy Peanut Butter, 8- 1.5 oz Cups, Snack Size Packs

Wonderful Pistachios, No Shell, Roasted & Salted 0.75 oz Bag (9 count)

Nabisco Classic Mix Variety Pack, OREO, CHIPS AHOY!, Nutter Butter Bites, RITZ Bits, 20 Snack Packs

And for the practical items:

HotHands 10 Hour Hand Warmer | 10 Pair Pack

Kleenex Pocket Tissues 8 Pack Purse Size Kleenex

ChapStick Moisturizer Original Lip Balm Tubes – 0.15 oz (Pack of 12)

We did add a few bottles of pop and Gatorade at the bottom to complete the cart

Gatorade Thirst Quencher Variety Pack Sports Drink, 12 oz, 18 Pack Bottles

Coca-Cola Soda Pop, 12 fl oz, 8 Pack Bottles

Mountain Dew Citrus Soda Pop, 12 fl oz, 8 Pack Bottles

But, you can’t forget about the cooler filled with even more surprises! It is on the top of the cooler that we taped our note of gratitude and instructions for the drivers [see free printable below!] and stock the cooler with some unexpected gourmet treats [at least meat and cheese always feel gourmet to me ;)]!

Igloo 52 qt. 5-Day Marine Ice Chest Cooler with Wheels

Here are the goodies I stocked the cooler with:

Marketside Fresh 3 Pepper Salami with Cheese Curds

Taylor Farms Turkey & Cheddar Snack Pack, 6 oz

Marketside Calabrese Salami with Sharp White Cheddar & Crackers

Calabrese Salami with Sharp White Cheddar & Crackers

ICE MOUNTAIN Brand 100% Natural Spring Water, 16.9-ounce bottles (Pack of 35)

Simply save this image below and print it for your snack station!
