The Edmonton Oilers have placed forwards Mattias Janmark and Dylan Holloway on the team’s long-term injured reserve, the club announced Wednesday.
In a corresponding move, the Oilers have recalled defenceman Philip Broberg, and forwards Adam Erne and Raphael Lavoie from the AHL’s Barkersfield Condors.

Janmark is dealing with a shoulder injury and hasn’t been in the Oilers’ lineup since Oct. 26. Holloway sustained a lower-body injury after sliding hard into the boards in Monday’s win over the New York Islanders.
The 30-year-old Janmark has registered zero points in seven contests this season while Holloway has one goal in 14 games.
Broberg has played eight games with the Oilers in 2023-24, registering a minus-one rating. Both Erne and Lavoie have played five games for Edmonton during this campaign.
The Oilers take on the Seattle Kraken Wednesday at 8:30 ET / 6:30 MT. Catch the game on Sportsnet and Sportsnet+.
