Dallas Cowboys star Dak Prescott entered the season under heavy fire.

He led the league in interceptions last year despite missing some games, and he didn’t look sharp at all during training camp after vowing to take down the interceptions this season.

Prescott wasn’t exactly special early in the campaign, being mostly a game-manager and leaning on the running game, and he looked quite bad in the loss to the Arizona Cardinals.

However, he’s turned the corner big time, which is why former NFL player Domonique Foxworth believes he’s actually the best quarterback in the league right now.

In his latest appearance on ESPN’s “Get Up,” Foxworth praised Prescott for the way he’s getting CeeDee Lamb involved and making it easier for everybody around him, including the coaching staff.

He pointed out the fact that his offensive line isn’t doing a good job of protecting him and that Tony Pollard has failed to establish himself as a true workhorse running back, yet he’s been efficient.

Dak has, in fact, balled out in his last three games.

He threw for 304 yards with four touchdowns and one pick against the Los Angeles Rams and then put up 374 yards and three scores with no interceptions vs. the Philadelphia Eagles’ elite defense.

Then, he followed that with one of the best performances of his career, completing 26 of 35 passes for 404 yards and four touchdowns and rushing for another one against the New York Giants.

He’s thrown 17 touchdowns against just 6 interceptions, and it’s time we finally start giving him the credit he’s earned as of late.
