The kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms need renovations. The maintenance fee is high and the optional gym fee is $1,000 a year. Spots in the private parking garage cost $650 a month and the waiting list can take four years.

Cons

There’s no driveway and the street has alternate-side parking. It’s a large house to cool with window units.
