Analysis of patenting activity by companies shows that Haier Group filed the most environmental sustainability patents within the consumer industry in Q3 2023. The company filed 340 environmental sustainability-related patents in the quarter, compared with 1343 in the previous quarter. It was followed by Gree Electric Appliances Inc of Zhuhai with 149 environmental sustainability patent filings, Midea Group (138 filings), and Daikin Industries (126 filings) in Q3 2023.
