The Denver Nuggets won their first NBA Championship in franchise history during the 2022-23 season.
But the Nuggets are seemingly not satisfied by becoming one-time NBA champions.
In fact, during the 2023-24 campaign, the Nuggets are off to a sensational 6-1 start in the first seven games of the season.
Denver Nuggets head coach Michael Malone recently shared his views on the team’s early success via the organization’s official Twitter handle.
“They’ve understood the responsibility that comes along with winning a championship,” Malone said of the Nuggets.

As Malone mentioned, being an NBA champion is not always about celebrating.
Players need to understand the level of responsibility that comes with lifting the glorious Larry O’Brien trophy in the prior season.
Once again, it’s Nikola Jokic who is the best player for the Nuggets this season.
The 28-year-old superstar is averaging 27.4 points, 12.7 rebounds, and 7.9 assists per game for the Nuggets so far.
Moreover, Jokic is shooting a commendable 63.4% from the field and 40.0% from the three-point line.
The Nuggets once again look like the team to beat in the Western Conference.
Apart from Jokic, Jamal Murray and Michael Porter Jr. are also playing well to start the season.
Murray has averaged 16.3 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 7.4 assists over the last seven games, while Porter has 15.0 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 1.9 assists over the same number of games.
Can the Nuggets trio maintain this form throughout the season and ultimately win another NBA Championship?
