The NBA In-Season Tournament kicked off Friday evening and it brought on new courts for all 32 teams in the league.
On first look, some players and fans were curious with out-of-the-box designs. However, some couldn’t get over the idea of messing with tradition, especially in historical markets.
“The new court is actually getting me kind of excited,” Chicago Bulls star Zach LaVine said about the team’s court. “I just want to see what it looks like. When we saw the court, we were definitely like, ‘Oh, man, look at this.’ It’s going to be really fun.”
Safe to say the NBA went with some bold choices and fans didn’t hold back their thoughts.
Former Clippers guard JJ Redick couldn’t help but poke some fun at seeing a trophy in the middle of the court.
