After getting bounced in the first round of the NBA playoffs last year by Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat, the Milwaukee Bucks were embarrassed and had to think about their shortcomings all summer long after what was another successful NBA regular season, resulting in a No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference.
Fortunately for the Bucks, Giannis Antetokounmpo wasn’t messing around this summer as he started to look at the big picture and put pressure on the franchise to do something quickly, or he’d consider playing elsewhere sooner rather than later.
As a result, the Bucks were able to pull off a blockbuster trade to acquire superstar guard Damian Lillard, which immediately changed the outlook for the Bucks for the upcoming season and possibly the next few years.
While messing around on the floor during what appears to be a shootaround or a walkthrough of some sort, Lillard showed the team what his range is as he hit one of his patented logo three-pointers, which left quite the expression on Antetokounmpo’s face, via the Bucks’ Twitter account.

With Lillard now in Milwaukee for the foreseeable future, Antetokounmpo can get used to seeing some crazy shots from the future Hall of Famer, as he’s bound to get his fair share of open looks with so much talent on the floor for the Bucks.
It’ll be interesting to see what the impact of having Lillard on the floor for Milwaukee will be moving forward and if he proves to be the missing piece to the championship puzzle.
