The Dallas Cowboys dominantly began the 2023 season.

They won three of their first four games, winning two of those games by more than 35 points.

Everything seemed to be going well for the Cowboys until they faced off with the San Francisco 49ers in Week 5.

The 49ers won 42-10, causing many analysts to question the legitimacy of the Cowboys’ Super Bowl chances.

In a recent segment on FOX Sports Radio, Chris Broussard said he doesn’t “think he (Dak Prescott) can lead a team to the Super Bowl.

As proven in recent league history, having a dominant quarterback has been a key factor in winning the Super Bowl.

When looking at the last five Super Bowl winners, Patrick Mahomes, Matthew Stafford, and Tom Brady have been the winning quarterbacks.

All three of these players are seen as elite, helping their teams to victory.

Prescott isn’t thought of in a similar light across the league, especially by Cowboys fans and analysts.

There is a growing belief that he is not the person to help the Cowboys get over the hump and secure another ring for the organization.

This is despite his ability to get the Cowboys to the postseason, something he has done in three of the past five seasons.

The Cowboys have played well in the regular season, but have ultimately folded in the playoffs lately.

Will they end up moving on from Prescott, or continue to give him chances to prove himself?

That remains to be seen, and will likely depend on how this season shakes out.
