Cerebelly Inc of Los Gatos, CA, is recalling certain Cerebelly Smart Bars because of visible surface mold on product.

According to details posted online by the FDA, the recall was initiated on Sept. 11, 2023, and is ongoing.

The recalled products were distributed in the U.S. to all 50 states and territories.

Cerebelly Smart Bar; Apple Kale flavor; 5 pk and 7 pk; ambient storage

  • Product Quantity: 152,655 (5pks) and 1,895 (7pks), total of 154,554 selling cartons for all products
  • Code Information: Lots 23086BW (Mfg date 03/27/23; Exp date 12/22/23), 23083BW (Mfg date 03/24/23; Exp date 12/19/23), 23087BW (Mfg date 03/28/23; Exp date 12/23/23)

Cerebelly Smart Bar; Carrot Date flavor; 5 pk; ambient storage

  • Product Quantity: 152,655 (5pks) and 1,895 (7pks), total of 154,554 selling cartons for all products
  • Code Information: Lot 23055BW (Mfg date 02/24/23; Exp date 11/21/23)

Cerebelly Smart Bar; Strawberry Beet flavor; 5 pk and 7 pk; ambient storage

  • Product Quantity: 152,655 (5pks) and 1,895 (7pks), total of 154,554 selling cartons for all products
  • Code Information: Lots 23089BW (Mfg date 03/31/23; Exp date 12/26/23); 23093BW (Mfg date 04/03/23; Exp date 12/29/23); 23094BW (Mfg date 04/04/23; Exp date 12/30/23)

Anyone who purchased the recalled products should immediately dispose of it and not consume it.
