Wrianna Hudson scored a goal that might be the perfect balance of skill and physical power. The New York forward’s goal landed atop the SportsCenter Top 10 on Saturday morning.
The goal was one of two Hudson scored for Greece Athena (Rochester, New York) in their 2-1 win over Canandaigua (Canandaigua, New York) on Friday night.
Last season, Hudson was selected First Team Class A All-State.
A 6-foot-1 forward, Hudson showed an impressive ability on the ball, breaking down multiple defenders with her touch. Then she finishes the play off with a powerful right-footed blast past a helpless goalkeeper.
This is not an easy goal to score, not by any stretch:

That is some Mia Hamm, mixed in with a bit of Abby Wambach. And a healthy dose of Diego Maradona (the 1986 World Cup Maradona).
The goal was clutch, coming with 14 minutes left in the game. Greece Athena is now 1-5 following Friday’s win.
