There is some pressure for the Milwaukee Bucks to figure out a way to get back to competing for titles as Giannis Antetokounmpo has left open the possibility of leaving in the future.
Antetokounmpo isn’t expected to sign an extension and could become the next megastar to either demand a trade or leave in free agency.
The Bucks suffered a first-round loss to the Miami Heat this past playoffs, though Antetokounmpo missed some games and wasn’t healthy in general due to injury.
However, the Milwaukee star should be healthy for the 2023-24 NBA season and the team’s hopes of getting back to the Finals rely on Antetokounmpo.
A physical marvel, Antetokounmpo has been able to dominate games on both ends with his size, length, and instincts.
In order to add to his repertoire, though, it appears that Antetokounmpo sought out the help of Hall of Famer Hakeem Olajuwon via Houston Men’s Hoops.

Antetokounmpo and Olajuwon are seen taking a photo together at the beginning of the video which later ends with the former paying homage to the University of Houston.
Olajuwon is widely regarded as one of the best centers in NBA history because of his impeccable footwork on offense and his defensive acumen.
While he wasn’t the same kind of athlete that Antetokounmpo is, Olajuwon was able to have his way with defenders because of his ability to create space and get his shots off near the basket.
The knock on Antetokounmpo’s ability to score is his fundamentals as he lacks a true go-to move in half-court situations.
However, if he was able to pick some things up from Olajuwon then he could be a much more dangerous scorer this season.
