The Portland Trail Blazers may be stuck trying to figure out what to do with Damian Lillard ahead of training camp, but they’ve still got a young stable of exciting prospects to work with should the superstar eventually get dealt away.

The Trail Blazers selected Scott Henderson as Lillard’s potential successor as the face of the franchise, but they’ve also got intriguing guards in Anfernee Simons and Shaedon Sharpe to complement him.

Portland seems destined for a rebuild, though they should feel good that they’ve got a trio of guards they can develop and grow for the long term.

The Blazers could very well have another high-level prospect next year as they’re expected to struggle mightily during the 2023-24 NBA season.

However, until then some of the young guys were able to make it out for Oregon for Colorado where they got to stand near the sidelines and even chat with former NFL star Terrell Owens via Ball Don’t Lie and Trevor Denton of KVAL News.

In the first video, some of the guards are seen talking with Owens while in the second clip Henderson is supporting the Oregon squad with his green pants.

College football is always an exciting time for football fans and the young Blazers squad got a chance to catch a game before the beginning of training camp.

Although Oregon ended up blowing out Colorado 42-6, it must have been fun for them to see the Ducks win and take home a resounding victory over Deion Sanders and the Buffaloes.
