Recently, Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo put the league on notice that he may not be sticking with the team that drafted him for very much longer.
Antetokounmpo let it be known that if he’s not on the same page with his teammates in Milwaukee in terms of having the same championship mindset, he will leave the Bucks for greener pastures.
The only thing on Antetokounmpo’s mind from here on out is competing for NBA titles on an annual basis, and he may know that his championship window in Milwaukee is closing and closing fast.
That said, the rest of the league in need of a player of his caliber will start trying to figure out ways to land the perennial All-Star, with the New York Knicks potentially at the front of the pack, as the storied franchise is keeping a close eye on the two-time NBA MVP moving forward, according to Ian Begley of SNY via NBA Central.
The Knicks are closely watching the situation with Giannis Antetokounmpo and could plan their actions around him, per @IanBegley

Even though the Knicks have been able to start turning things around over the last couple of years with Julius Randle and Jalen Brunson leading the way for New York, the team has been desperately seeking the right superstar to build around, with Antetokounmpo fitting the bill.
As Begley points out, the Knicks will have the ability to put together an intriguing trade package that the Bucks might find too good to pass up.
However, there will be plenty of teams around the league that will try to land Antetokounmpo in a trade, which means the Knicks will have no shortage of competition.
