The Philadelphia Eagles could’ve gotten into some trouble vs. the Minnesota Vikings, but they managed to get the job done anyway.

The Vikings hurt themselves multiple times with sloppy play and turnovers, and that’s not something you can do vs. one of the most talented teams in the league.

Granted that the Eagles weren’t at their best and haven’t been as good as they were last season, but they’re still 2-0.

That’s why NFL analyst Colin Cowherd downplayed the concerns about the Eagles after this win, stating that they have too many intelligent people in the building and will eventually figure things out, so there should be nothing to worry about at this point (via The Volume).

Cowherd claims that all they needed to do to win was to win the battle at the line of scrimmage, and they did so, stating that their offensive line’s stellar play is sustainable for the full 17 weeks of the season.

Truth be told, the Eagles haven’t needed to be at their best to get the job done, and that should scare the rest of the league.

Some would choose to think that their 2-0 record is fluky, and so was the trip to the Super Bowl last season, but that might not be the case.

We’re talking about a team that has so many playmakers on both sides of the field, and they haven’t reached their full potential yet.

The rest of the league better hope this team doesn’t figure things out quickly.
