The 2023 NFL season is now officially underway, and it is time for everyone’s preseason prognostications to take shape and either come true or be made to look foolish.
The Kansas City Chiefs are looking to go from a great team to a dynastic one by winning their third Super Bowl in five years and their second in a row.
Meanwhile, in the NFC, many are rolling with the Philadelphia Eagles to return to the big game, and some think this time they will win it all.
On the “Rich Eisen Show,” Chris Brockman picked the Eagles to defeat the Buffalo Bills in Super Bowl LVIII, while T.J. Jefferson picked his Dallas Cowboys to defeat the Bills there.
Eisen, on the other hand, feels the Chiefs will repeat as world champs by downing the San Francisco 49ers, just as they did in Super Bowl LIV.

That year, the Chiefs trailed 20-10 early in the fourth quarter, but quarterback Patrick Mahomes made some magic happen with just over seven minutes remaining on third-down-and-long with a long reception to Tyreek Hill.
That was the impetus behind their 31-20 victory, which resulted in Mahomes winning his first of two Super Bowl MVPs.
The challenge for Kansas City this year is the fact that wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster and star offensive tackle Orlando Brown Jr. left during the offseason, and star defensive lineman Chris Jones is holding out while looking for a huge contract extension.
