Coming off a disappointing Eastern Conference Finals run that ended in a seven-game heartbreaker to the Miami Heat, the Boston Celtics are hoping to bounce back during the 2023-24 NBA season.

The Celtics are widely projected to once again be a title threat and that is in large part to Jayson Tatum who has been playing like an MVP candidate as of late.

Tatum has skyrocketed toward superstardom and is easily one of the best players in the league.

The star forward is a silky scorer who also happens to be a strong defender, a massive boon for Boston who relies on him to make an impact on both ends.

Although Tatum has yet to get over the hump and win his first championship, he has all the talent and tools to make that a reality.

Until the new season starts, though, Tatum has been busy perfecting his craft at golf via his Instagram account.

Golf is a common hobby for NBA players in the offseason and Tatum is no different as he seems to be enjoying his time out on the green.

In the short video clip, Tatum can be seen making great contact with the ball with a good follow-through that prompted praise from the person recording.

Athletes generally have an easier time adapting to other sports and it looks like Tatum’s got the hang of golf already.

However, Celtics fans are going to be counting on him to be even better on the basketball court and it’ll be interesting to see if he can lead the historic franchise to its 18th NBA championship.
