On the July 13 episode of The Kardashians, Khloe helped Rob throw a butterfly-themed birthday party for Dream. While attending the bash, Scott Disick—who shares kids Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 8, with ex Kourtney Kardashian—remarked that Khloe seems to be “somewhat of a co-parent to Dream,” prompting the Good American co-founder to jokingly respond, “Just a third parent.”
“The third wheel,” Khloe quipped, “like most things in life.”
In her Instagram Stories post, Khloe said she hates how “something so sweet as Dream’s sixth birthday is getting twisted.”
“I consider ALL of my nieces and nephews my babies,” she wrote. “I even consider my sisters my babies. I take pride in this love and always have.”
