The NFL offseason has been in a lull over the last few weeks.
While teams prepare for training camp, few moves are being made.
But there is one primary free agent that remains without a team.
Former Arizona Cardinals wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins remains available.
He was released by the Cardinals earlier in the offseason and is taking his time to find his next team.
There have been a few teams that have made offers to Hopkins, including the New England Patriots and Tennessee Titans.
According to Mike Reiss via Dov Kleiman, both teams have made offers to Hopkins but the Titans’ has been “more aggressive.”

Both the Titans and Patriots are in desperate need of another playmaker.
So it makes sense that they would make an offer for Hopkins.
The former All-Pro wide receiver can still play at a high level.
He only played in nine games last season but recorded 64 catches for 717 yards and three touchdowns.
Hopkins will be entering his age-31 season but has shown no sign of slowing down.
It would make sense that he chooses where to play before training camp.
That way he can get with his new team and build chemistry with whoever his quarterback is.
Hopkins is at the point in his career where he wants to play for a contending team.
That may not be the Titans or Patriots in the 2023 season.
Maybe he is still holding out for a team like the Chiefs or Bills to make him an offer so he can play for a Super Bowl contender.
