Backless dress?! No problem! This dress is an LIY Community favorite, but one of the FIRST questions we get about it is which bra to wear! Well, this blog post/boob tape is here to be our solution! This kit is under $25 and comes with tape, nipple covers (disposable and reusable), as well as double sided tape. I also was glad that it gave me visuals on how to use it. Note: have two hands ready to go because I got myself in a stick together tape mess and wasted some 🙈
Adhesive Bra with Nipple Covers
This product has been my go-to for years! They’re reusable and the adhesives sticks well [yes, even while dancing & sweating! 😉 ] and I love that clasp that gives a little extra shape + lift. I’m a 36C and would highly recommend! Bonus: it comes with nipple covers when you need less coverage/lift, but they don’t need to be worn together!
Nippies Silicone Nipple Covers
These silicone adhesive Nippies nipple covers were a hit for me! They’re a reusable adhesive silicone and come in several colors! I would probably be a little nervous wearing these with a looser fitting top that they may come off after long wear sinced they aren’t truly “sticky”, but for a more fitted top or great they were great! Pro tip: size up 1 to not see the edges through shirts/cover more of the boob!
Nippies Silicone Nipple Covers with Lift
Honestly, I LOVED these Nippies with the lift, but unfortunately they didn’t work with my spaghetti strap/low cut tops and dresses I was trying them due to the upper lift part being too thick! However, if you had a low cut dress with thicker or higher placed straps that wouldn’t show, these are a fantastic way to add lift!
